CREATING AND PLACING YOUR ORDER

 

Once an order has been placed and paid for online it will be processed by our team.

 

Customer will be notified via email once their order has been processed and shipped with a unique tracking number that will allow the customer to track their delivery.

 

It is possible in some cases orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated via a confirmation email.

 

All deliveries must be signed by the customer so please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery between 9am and 6pm.

 

PRODUCT PRICING

 

All prices are quoted in Australian dollar and inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND IMAGERY ONLINE

 

Shikanzy takes great care to describe and display its product description, colour, sizing, fit and make as accurately as possible.  However, we cannot guarantee the colour display of the items on your monitor display or mobile device as resolutions may vary. Furthermore, styles featured on our models may not fit you exactly as body shapes are unique to each individual.

 

Some products offered may also be naturally dyed, embroidered, frayed by hand and have uneven tones/shades and irregular patterns. These imperfections are a feature of the product and are not considered to be faulty.

PAYMENT

 

Online payment is made through our secure payment process using your debit or credit card.

 

ORDER DETAILS

 

All details relating to your order will be listed in the confirmation email or in ‘My Account’ for customers that were logged in when placing their orders. 

 

CHANGES TO ORDER

 

Should a change to the order be required including incorrect item, sizing or address please immediately contact our team via email enquiries@shikanzy.com.au with your contact details including your land or mobile contact. Once the order has been processed Shikanzy will not accept any responsibility for incorrect details.  However, in the case of incorrect item or sizing our Exchange/Return process is available to you.

Due to unforeseen circumstances there maybe, occasions where our stock levels may not be up-to-date and some items may not be available at the time of purchase.  Should this occur you will be notified via email as soon as possible and offered either full refund or replacement.

 

SALE ITEMS

 

Occasionally Shikanzy may place items on sale.  Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on any discounted product, unless faulty or damaged.  Sale items may only be returned for store credit note valid for three (3) months from date of issue.

 

Any item indicated as final clearance will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

 

Shikanzy offers free delivery within Australia for all orders and outside of Australia for all orders over A$300.00.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

 

For all orders placed between Monday to Friday by 11.00 am AEST will be dispatched the same day.  Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery within Australia.  International delivery may take between 5-14 business days. Please note that these are approximate delivery lead times.  Deliveries may take longer than stated above as a result of any local or overseas unforeseen circumstances.
