Returns and Exchange Policy

 

Shikanzy offers a refund or exchange on full-priced items that are returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Unless deemed faulty, sale items will only be returned for a store credit note valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.  Final clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

A return request form must be completed and sent with your returned item/s.

 

Any items returned must not be worn, used, altered, or washed and be in original condition with all tags and/or packaging intact including any garment bags.  Furthermore, items must not have been used for Instagram posts, online, photography shoots, commercial or personal gain.  Items being returned must accompany original proof of purchase.

 

Items that are not returned as above will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

 

 All returned items will be inspected to ensure they're returned as original. Once cleared you will either receive an exchange, refund, or credit note for the purchase price excluding any original shipping costs, other than for faulty items. Please allow 5 working days to process returns.

 

In the event we are unable to offer an exchange for your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, we will provide you with a credit note.

 

Shikanzy takes great care in ensuring items are quality checked prior to dispatch.  In the event an item you have received is found to be faulty please immediately contact our team by emailing to enquiries@shikanzy.com.au. Please include images and a description of the fault
